Fresh Start: Mindful Drinking Experience – Lead Programmer

Game designer and artist for an educational video game made in Unity. Used C# scripting to create and organize scenes, dialogue, and minigames. Also collaborated with public health students to apply quantitative research to the game experience.

The College of New Jersey – Student Representative and IT Support

As a student representative, I worked at department events in order to talk about my major, my experience abroad, and answer any questions incoming students  had.

I also worked as IT support for the Arts and Interactive Multimedia Building, fixing printers, projectors, and troubleshooting technical problems for staff and students.

Activities

Association of Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Computer Graphics and Interactive Technology [ACM SIGGRAPH]

Managed a chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH as the secretary and eventual co-president. Focused on teaching other students and mentoring underclassmen. Notable events include: creating designs in Illustrator for screen printing, making custom Lego pieces in Fusion 360, and organizing and developing our annual art show “Haunted Hallway”.

All College Theatre

Built sets and furniture, painted and created interactive props in collaboration with other students for plays and musicals. Also taught assistants workshop safety and construction basics, and ensured a safe working environment.

Animal Shelter Volunteer - Trenton Animal Shelter and EASEL Animal Rescue

Walked and trained dogs, cleaned enclosures, and advocated for shelter animals at various adoption events.
